Do Something That Scares You Today

I've said before disruption - disadvantage - trying circumstances - can all create opportunity.  One of the secrets within disruption is it forces you to be a bolder version of yourself.  You are forced to make the big decisions.  You don't have time to obsess over the options.  You are thrown outside the lines of anything resembling your comfort zone.  This is where the greatness can lie if you can persevere to find it.

If you aren't in the middle of a disruption, challenge yourself to make the bold decision anyway.  The choice you know is right but scares you a little bit.  The decision that pushes you and your team a little bit further.  I did that very thing today and I hope it makes all the difference...
